My puppy threw up twice but seems fine. Should I take her to the vet?

My 4 month old puppy was fed her usual dinner at 5:30pm. She threw up at around 1am and again around 4am. Aside from the throw up (which looked like cooked oatmeal), she is perfectly happy. She's playing and looking for belly scratches. Is everything okay or should i take her to the vet when it opens? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 11 days old | 15 lbs

For now just withhold food for 8 hours and give her a light small meal after that, if she doesn't throw up again then it might just have been a one time incident. If it happens more than a couple times in the next 24 hours- take her to the vet to get treated.
