My Sphynx kitten has a red, bumpy, itchy face. What's wrong?

I got a 4 m/o Sphynx a month ago and she started scratching her right cheek and beside her all vigorously and sleeping a lot the past two days. I seen it close up tonight and it is very red with a few bumps on that side of her face. Not sure what is could be? Pet's info: Cat | Sphynx | Female | spayed | 4 months and 6 days old | 4 lbs

She could have a skin infection, mites/fleas, or allergies. Have your vet take a look at her to determine the cause. Your vet can prescribe medications to help. She may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, or anti-inflammatory to help treat.
