My pet dog of Chinese breed shih tzu (2.5 years) He has not Urinated since last 12 hours. B.he is frequentlycrying ,seems abdomen pain. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 1 year and 10 months old

Oh no. Poor guy may have a urinary obstruction caused by stones. If he is straining to urinate it is imperative that you get him seen by a vet immediately! This can be life threatening if he retains urine for longer than 12-24 hrs as toxins will build up in his body, so please take him in for medical care.
