My dog keeps itching and licking despite allergy treatment. Help!

Question

What can I give my dog to eleviate her itching? She is on a monthly allergy regiment but still will sit and lick and itch. I have also done the steroids with her vet. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 72 lbs
