My dog just vomited and now he's burping a lot. Is this normal?

My dog puked about 20 minutes ago and now keeps burping. He is acting normal beyond that. He normally burps but not like this. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old

Poro Junior! He could have eaten his food too fast, leading him to vomit and now burp up gas. He could also have a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have a foreign body. I would monitor him for now, and withhold food, then feed a bland die.t Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
