Suzy will not die because she mated with her brother, but there is a higher chance of recessive genes (defective genes) being expressed due to this mating. It's impossible to say what the kittens will look like, but it is never recommended to mate siblings. You can get Suzy spayed now, which will terminate the pregnancy and prevent future matings. I would also neuter her brother.

    She will not die. There should be no problem. Theoretically incest breeding does increase the chances of kittens with birth defects provided the parents have the respective genes, however inbreeding is also used to improve a breed, so I do not think you have to worry. The kittens should look normal.
