There might be something in this food that she is allergic to. try a good quality grain free dry food(e.g. Orijen, Accana, Evolve), transition to the new food gradually over a period of 10 days (every day put a little more from the new food and a little less from the old food). keep Nala o the food for 2 months to decide if it helps or not.

    Make sure you are feeding her a high quality food that is easy to digest. You could put her on a gastrointestinal diet and/or add a probiotic to her diet and see if that helps. If she develops diarrhea than she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause.
