My chihuahua has swollen nose, red eyes, ear patches. What's wrong?

my chihuahua he broke out and a reaction his nose swelled up his eyes his balls were really red and swollen like they were sweat coming out of it he has red patches in his ears. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old

This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if Tank is lethargic, take him to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection which should stop this allergic reaction.
