My kitten has diarrhea for 3 days but is still active. What to do?

Hi I need some advice on my kitten. He has had diahorea for the past 3 days. I've took his food away for a 13 hour period but he still had diahorea. He is still his normal self running around and playing and he is drinking plenty but I just need advice on how to stop the diahorea. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 6 days old

Never take food away from a kitten for that long, even if he has diarrhea. Constant diarrhea at this age is usually caused by a gastrointestinal infection or a worm infestation, I would strongly recommend taking him to the vet in order to get de-wormed and probably treated with antibiotics as well.
