Why is my puppy suddenly peeing in her sleep and not eating?

My puppy has recently started peeing herself in her sleep and has never done this and recently started not eating on her schedules

So cute! She could have a urinary tract infection causing the problem. Your vet can test a urine sample to check for an infection. If she has one then your vet can prescribe an antibiotic. If the urine is normal then your vet can run blood-work and get an xray to look for possible causes.
