How to stop puppy biting when they are teething

This can be a very frustrating issue! The height of teething typically occurs around 4 months of age, so while Pallas may be exhibiting some pre-teething biting, this may also be a result of normal puppy exploration. That said, biting is not a behavior that should be considered acceptable! The best things that you can do are to firmly say no when she bites you, give her an appropriate chew toy for puppies (such as Kongs or Nylabones for puppies), and walk away for a few minutes. It will take a lot of repetition for her to realize that biting is not appropriate, but be patient and consistent! I hope this helps and that all goes well!
