Why is my dog losing hair and getting bumps on his stomach?

My dog recently started losing hair on his stomach area and now he looks very patchy. And I also noticed within the last two or three days a ton of bumps have started showing up in the same area. Some of the bumps look like whiteheads and the rest kind of look like hives. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 40 lbs

It looks like he has a bacterial skin infection which could be secondary to allergies. You could bathe him with a medicated dog shampoo, like Epi-Soothe, and see if that helps but he probably needs an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and a corticosteroid to help treat the condition so he should be examined by your vet for treatment.
