My puppy has scabs and itchy ears. How do I treat them and ear mites?

I have a 8 week old bluetick beagle chiawwa (sorry for spelling) puppy with floppy ears she has scabs from scratching how can I treat the scabs and ear mites. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed

Hi there. This appears to be a pretty bad skin infection in the photo. In order to know if a she has ear mites in addition, she would need to have an ear swab test done with a veterinarian. It looks like she will need oral antibiotics from your veterinarian as well. Until you can get her in, you can purchase ear cleaner at a pet store and clean some of the debris out.
