My dog needs low sodium food. What brands are vet-recommended?

I'm looking for a high quality limited ingredient diet with sodium levels between 0.3-0.5% dry matter basis maximum. Can someone recommend a brand to me? thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old | 17 lbs

Hi. Usually these type of diets are used for cardiac disease. If that is the case, I would ask your veterinarian to order the science diet or royal canin brand prescription diet for low sodium levels. I don't believe you will find it over the counter that is good quality.
