How to calm my cat's anxiety and stress-related bladder issues?

Hi, so merlin has just been taken in with bladder blockage most likely due to stress and he has had two fits at different times whilst going to the vets can you suggest anything that will calm him down and lessen his anxiety. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 4 years and 6 months old | 10 lbs

I like to use Feliway spray, Royal Canin urinary Calm diet, anti-anxiety meds like Lorazepam as-needed, pain meds like long-acting buprenorphine, Zylkene, and sometimes antidepressants like Clomicalm or generic Prozac.
