My dog's on Nexgard, but still gets ticks. What products repel them?

My dog is on NexGuard and Heartguard but is still bringing ticks inside by the handfuls! I found 14, in just one day! Do these not repel fleas and ticks also? What other kind will? We have sprayed and treated everything, including the yard but they're still riding in on her! Help!!! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 60 lbs

Unfortunately, Nexgard does not repel ticks. It is a wonderful product but it requires the ticks to bite the dogs before it kills them. Other products like Seresto and Advantix work by repelling and killing ticks. The tick season is especially bad this year and many people are having problems with these little buggers.
