Why is my cat meowing, butt up, wet, and not eating? Is she in heat?

Hi! I don't know what's happening with my cat. She's only meowing from last night...She staying like this she's keeping her butt up and it's kinda of wet, she dont eat anything or drink..I hope I'll get a answer thank you.

Your cat is in heat :) she basically wants to go outside and mate with a male cat. if you want this behavior to stop you need to take her to the vet to get spayed, that is pretty much the only long term solution.
