Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs
I have a female dog 5 years old, has not pasted a stool in 3 days, not eating and drinking water, tender ab.

Hello. I am sorry that Sweetie isn't feeling well. It sounds like she is very sick. I would be very worried about something stuck in her gut, or possible constipation. What you are describing could also be caused by pyometra which is a life-threatening condition that she will die from if not treated. With these possibilities, I would recommend having her seen by a vet ASAP. She needs to have x-rays done of her abdomen. Good luck with Sweetie.

These are very concerning signs and may indicate an obstruction and/or severe dehydration. Please have her assessed urgently by a vet for a full physical and rectal exam, they may need to do xrays and/or ultrasound exam in order to investigate fully
