My dog has a lot of little bumps on his head and face some look like bites and he is losing so hair behind his ear. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 65 lbs

Poor guy. He may have a mite infection or even an allergic skin reaction. At either rate he will need to be seen your vet for a severe reaction like this. I would suggest bathing him in an oatmeal based puppy shampoo or Duoxo calming shampoo for now. But then he should get seen by your vet to determine if he needs antibiotics to clear any potential skin infection, which is very likely present.n
