Dog has new bumps on belly after boarding. Is it a skin infection?

We boarded dog over weekend and picked her up today, came home to "rub her belly" which I always do and noticed this bump/sore like spots. They are only located in this area in somewhat of a "ushape" as seen in photo. Doesn't appear to be itching them. They were definitely not there Friday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 37 lbs

It looks like she has a skin infection or an allergic dermatitis. You could bathe her with an anti-bacterial medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. Otherwise, have her examined by your vet. She may need an oral antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to treat.
