Why is my dog repeatedly throwing up white foam and squealing?

My dog is throwing up white foamy mucous stuff. He threw up around 10 times in small amounts. He starts making these squealing noises when he trys to bring it up. What's wrong with him? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs

This is quite concerning and may be related to an obstruction or twist in the bowel and I recommend you get hom assessed by an emergency vet immediately. They may suggest x-rays in order to investigate what is causing his signs
