Poor girl. Look at her skin to see if there are any injuries or cuts to the skin that could be causing this. Also signs of infection are yellow or green exit 8 on the skin which can cause itching as well. If you do see these things or any abnormalities to the skin that she needs to see a veterinarian for proper treatment because it's typically involves oral antibiotics, and allergy meds to stop the itch. In the meantime you can try bathing her in an oatmeal-based puppy shampoo from your local pet store to help alleviate some of the itch. I hope your for baby feels better soon!

Itchiness can be caused by various reasons such as fleas, mites ,fungal infection, bacterial infection and allergies. the first 4 needs to be ruled out before we start treating for allergies. in order to do that first de-flea Roxy with a high quality flea treatment such as advantage spot on, if it doesn't help - take her to the vet in order to check for/treat the other possibilities. If everything is ruled out, then an allergy treatment can be started. Usually an hypoallergenic food is a good way to start together with anti histamines. if it doesn't help - the best solution is a medication called Apoquel which treats allergies with great success and without side effects.
