Oh no, that's not good Mochi swallowed an earring! I'm not sure how big the earring is, but if it's quite large, she will need to see a vet immediately. It could get stuck the GI tract and/or cause perforation of the GI tract. The vet can determinate the best way to remove the earring. Please take her into an ER vet clinic if your vet is closed; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

    Earing studs seldom cause any major complications but you should monitor carefully for any pain or discomfort, vomiting or altered toileting habits. Feeding some bread immediately can be very helpful to try to cover any points on the earing and reduce the risk of injury to the bowel
