My dog keeps vomiting yellow watery liquid. Should I be concerned?

Hi, my dog (beagle, 1yr old) puked 4 times in one hour all yellow and watery. no food in it except one piece which i gave to him as a treat should i be worried?? Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 28 lbs

Poor Ovi! Vomiting four times in one hour is a bit excessive, but doesn't necessarily mean that something is seriously wrong if he is acting normal otherwise and the vomiting stops shortly after. If the vomiting has continued since then, or if Ovi is showing any other symptoms such as acting lethargic or not wanting to eat, I would be more concerned that this could be a serious problem such as pancreatitis, an intestinal obstruction, or a severe systemic illness - in that case, it would be best to take him to the vet right away for an exam.
