If your puppy has not been eating well for four days it is important that she be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Puppies, and especially large breed puppies, need to have adequate nutrition to grow properly. You should take Lisa in to see a veterinarian tomorrow.

Lisa will need another Drontal treatment two weeks after the first to kill any worms in her GI tract, but it is concerning that she isn't eating much. Her stomach may have been bigger due to the worms, and because you have given her medication to kill the worms, that may have caused her stomach to become thinner. Still, I think it's best that she is seen by a vet for a health check, and I would do that tomorrow if possible
