My dog is a staffy cross jack Russell! And the top of his head is starting to get little lumps on it and his snout seems to be inflamed I think it could be hives but I'm not too sure he hasnt had any different food he's been on the same walk so I don't know what it could be

Hello. Sudden onset of raised skin in circles about the size of a penny or a nickle, as well as a swollen face around the eyes and the lips is TYPICALLY due to an allergic reaction to a bug bite. It can also be caused by other things as well. The swelling can continue to get worse and can end up obstructing the airway- so for this reason we recommend you have him seen by a vet right away. If the swelling stops and starts to go down then you can monitor him, however if it continues to get worse or if he has trouble breathing, then get him seen immediately, or if there is any vomiting.
