My dog has small spreading skin spots, but no itching. What is it?

My dog has suddenly got a lot of small spots sporadically over his body. They seem to be spreading. He is not itching and they don't seem to bother him. What could it be please. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

He could have a a bacterial skin infection and/or an allergic dermatitis. You could bathe him with a medicated shampoo, like Epi-soothe, and see if that helps. Otherwise, he needs to be examined by a veterinarian for treatment. He may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to treat. You could also add Free Form Snip Tips to his diet to keep his skin and coat healthy.
