I think my dog is sick she’s a medium size yorkie, she won’t eat or drink, she’s running a fever, she’s been shivering, vomiting, and laying down a lot, Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 70 lbs

Hi and thanks for posting. Yes, sounds like something serious is going on here. There are a variety of possibilities for these symptoms such as kidney or liver disease, pancreatitis, gastrointestinal obstruction, viral or bacterial infections, endocrine disorders among others. I would recommended Harley see her veterinarian very soon. Your veterinarian will do an exam and may recommend doing comprehensive blood work and x-rays or other diagnostics tests to help determine what is going on so she can get treatment and start feeling better.
