Why does my cat meow loudly in the litter box like she's in pain?

My cat Wednesday always meows really loud when she uses the litter box and it sounds like she's in pain but I can't see what's wrong. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old

I recommend to have her examined then. Vocalization in the box could indicate pain. if it happens while urinating, it could be a bladder infection. If it happens during a BM, it could be a too dry or sticky bowel. Since she can't talk, you need to have her examined. I hope this helps.
