Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | neutered | 14 lbs
Itchy, lumpy skin on back. So far, we have tried: GenOne spray (for a month) Antihistamines (Zyrtec, over the counter, for a week) Homeopet skin and itch (couple days) Putting a shirt in him to stop him from scratching Details: What seems to happen is lumps (scabs?) appear on his back. He itches at them a lot and skin turns bright red, sometimes bleeds. Then the lumps come back. The lumps don't feel wet, but not super crusty either. Any advice is super appreciated.

Given that Ares has not responded to any of the preparations you have tried I strongly recommend a full physical exam by your vet to identify underlying cause and guide the most appropriate treatment. Flea allergies commonly aggravate such symptoms so regular oral flea prevention tablets would also be helpful
