Why is my new hamster sneezing and lethargic? Is she sick?

Hi. I had just got a hamster. She was very active when I has bought her. But the next day she started sneezing quite a lot. When I checked the bedding, I found out that it was citrus scented and so I changed it immediately to KAYTEE CLEAN AND COZY. Her sneezing has reduced but it's still there. She doesn't go on her hamster wheel anymore. She just comes out of her hideout to take food and water. She also sleeps in the night. She is a Syrian. Do you know why she is like this? I'd she sick? Thanks for reaching out about Leah. Hamsters have good immune systems and can therefore possibly fight off infections. Allow her to adapt to her new surroundings. If her sneezing gets worse or other signs of illness, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
