My dog is vomiting, lethargic, and drinking a lot. What's wrong?

Our dog is driving a lot of water but that’s all . He vomited once during the night. We also gave him treats last night. Turning dark around the lower parts of back stomach . He’s laying in areas , like under furniture . Not being active at all. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 25 lbs
