My cat is scratching, bleeding, black ear wax. Mites or fungus?

Hello my pet cat have recently grew some sort of fungus? On his neck and his ear wax black and he keeps scratching the same spot and bleed a lot. I took him to the vet and he gave me a fungus spray. I bought him anti scratch collar but every time i remove it he keeps scratching it and bleed. Help me please. Unfortunately the place I live we don’t have an officially licensed or even a good trustable pet veterinary. Pet's info: Cat | Siberian | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 10 lbs

I think ear mites are more likely than a fungal infection in the ear of a cat with these symptoms. I would recommend talking to the vet about Revolution or another topical treatment for ear mites. All other cats in the house would also require treatment.
