Pet's info: Cat | Siberian | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 10 lbs

Hello my pet cat have recently grew some sort of fungus? On his neck and his ear wax black and he keeps scratching the same spot and bleed a lot. I took him to the vet and he gave me a fungus spray. I bought him anti scratch collar but every time i remove it he keeps scratching it and bleed. Help me please. Unfortunately the place I live we don’t have an officially licensed or even a good trustable pet veterinary.

I think ear mites are more likely than a fungal infection in the ear of a cat with these symptoms. I would recommend talking to the vet about Revolution or another topical treatment for ear mites. All other cats in the house would also require treatment.
