If this was an accidental or unwanted mating, you can have her seen by your veterinarian tomorrow. He or she can dispense a course of hormones to prevent pregnancy. It is similar to the "day after" pill for humans. The other option is to schedule a spay in the next couple weeks. It may be riskier because she is in heat, but you won't have to worry about her coming into heat again or accidental litters.

You can have her examined by your veterinarian. Afterwards, your veterinarian can dispense the equivalent of the "morning after" pill for your dog. If she isn't to be bred in the future, you can consider having her spayed to prevent accidental matings or unwanted litters.
