What causes my dog to bite one paw nail after professional trims?

Hi My yorkie sometimes bites the nail on the side of her paw. I take her to have her nails trimmed so I dont think its long but she still bites that nail every now and again. What could be the cause? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 6 months old
