My cat has struvite crystals and not able to pee.

If Barfi is obstructed and cannot urinate, this constitutes an emergency and should be addressed by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Urinary obstructions can lead death if not treated in a timely fashion. I would get to a veterinarian as soon as you are able to.
