My 4 year old dog has red and greenish bumps on his belly. How can I cure them? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 25 lbs

This is a staff infection of the skin and requires a short course of antibiotics prescribed by your vet. The vet may elect to do a topical medicated bath, but this defintely will require a vet visit.
