Can Petco vets help my anxious dog with meds and nail trims?

Hi there. We have used you guys for vaccinations. My dog has anxiety. She keeps digging out of my fence and tear up blinds in the house. She escapes the house and yard any way she can. One vet prescribed her Composure to help her relax some. Is this something I can come see your vet at the Petco location and get a script for? I also think trimming her nails will make digging out more difficult for her. Is that something the vet tech can do? Thanks in advance! Kelley.
