Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 8 lbs
Hi. since three month ago, My cat, Two years old, female, DSH, lost some of her hair. wood lamp showed nothing (but they prescribed her with anti fungals anyway), it didn't work. she lost more hair in general and she seems slimmer. She is eating and drinking normally but recently I see brown spots in one area that she lost her hair the most at her upper back. (. The wound you see is not from the disease and its the results of skin biopsy). there is no blood work in my city. any thoughts?

The area she is barbering looks suspicious for flea allergy dermatitis. Make sure she is being treated with monthly flea medications. Rule out other parasites with a skin scraping. This problem could be behavioral as well. Try to reduce her stress and consider using a product like Feliway to help ease any anxiety.
