Hello, those changes could be a variance of normal, however other potential causes could be growth or even pus within the eye. Give that your cats eye is not red, he is not squinting, and his cornea is clear I don’t believe there to be anything wrong with his eye. If you believe this change to be new, then you should consult with your veterinarian so that they may perform a ocular exam. Hope this helps and best of luck.
