Why is my neutered male cat peeing everywhere and uncomfortable?

Pet's info: Cat | Pixiebob Longhair | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 13 lbs

Hi, my cat is 3years old. Boy. He is having a Pepe problem I think. He is doing that everywhere( didn’t happen before) He's already castrated. I can see he is uncomfortable. How I can help him?

Hello, sorry to hear about Ody. I would be concerned that he is having feline idiopathic cystitis also known as feline lower urinary tract disease. This is inflammation of their lower urinary tract, most often associated with stress but it could also be seen with a UTI or even bladder stones/crystals. If so, this condition could lead to a urinary obstruction which is a life threatening. If Ody is seen straining to urinate, having painful urinations, visiting the litter box frequently without being able urinate then he should be seen by a veterinarian immediately.
