Why is my cat not eating, breathing hard, and has green snot?

Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old

My cat is 1 year old she will not eat or drink she is smelling and is making a nose when she is breathing she as been to the vet's 2 times and cost us £200 but the vet does not know wats wrong with her but said for £900 pounds she can have a camera and xray now my cats nose is running with green coming out of it do you please have any idea we don't want to lose he

I'm sorry but you will need to do the diagnostic testing. It is expensive but it is the only way to find out what is going on. There is no way for us to diagnose him via the internet just based on your description. I wish we could be more helpful but unfortunately this is the reality of the situation. Not everything can be easily diagnosed or cured. It could be anything from a nasal polyp (which can be easily corrected) to a tumor to an infected abscess due to a foreign object in the nasal passage (like a piece of grass) or just a chronic viral/bacterial infection.
