My dog ate Wrigley's gum. Should I worry about xylitol toxicity?

my 8 month Shetland sheepdog ate half a piece of already chewed gum. It was wrigleys extra gum spearmint flavored. She seems ok should I be worried?

Check the ingredients. Xylitol is found in some sugar free gums and it is highly toxic to dogs. If Xylitol is present, have her examined quickly to start treatment asap. If Xylitol is not present, the gum should not cause a problem. I hope this helps.
