What could this skin lump on my Chihuahua be before a vet visit?

Any idea of what this may be? I’m taking her to the vet, but just want to be prepared. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 1 month old | 5 lbs

Hello. It is difficult to tell if this is a blister/cyst, or actual tumor. Treatment will depend on exactly what is found, but it does not look too worrisome to me.
