Why is my cat sneezing constantly but seems otherwise healthy?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

My cat started sneezing every 20-30mins approx two weeks ago. No discharge from nose or eyes. Normal appetite and normal litter box.

Poor kitty. It sounds like your kitty may have either nasal mites or allergies. I would have him seen by your vet soon for a proper exam first then the vet can prescribe some medication to help with the sneezing. If nasal mites are suspected after physical exam, the vet can prescribe medication. I would also make sure to dust your home, use Heppa filters, and consider any aerosolized irritants that may be causing his sneeze. Best of luck with your kitty and I hope that those sneezing fits resolve soon! Take care.
