I have a 10 week old shih tzu puppy, we have noticed in the last few days a lump the size of a 20p coin on her belly. It is very soft but when you press on it it feels like underneath the lump there is a hole. It isn't painful when pressing it. Unable to see the lump as under fur. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 6 days old | 5 lbs
