Why is my cat vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat after neuter?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 lbs

Hello. My cats name is yoshi. I just got him neutered and declawed last week wed. Since then he hasnt ate or drank anything. He has been throwing up clear liquid. And now there is pink fluid mixed in with it. He has been going to the bathroom but cries everytime he does. When he does its been diareaha. Stinky diareaha. I dont know what to do.

These are very worrisome symptoms. The vomiting and diarrhea might not be related to his recent neuter. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible -they would probably recommend checking blood work and x-rays and can start some treatment to make him more comfortable.
