My dog is vomiting blood and can't keep food down. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 95 lbs

Our dog bandit a Labrador retriever 6 yrs old is having some issues with vomiting he's thrown up 8 times in one day he won't keep any food or water down and is a bit of blood in the vomit and the vomit at first was white with chunks of food and now is a yellow color also with blood and what looks to be undigested food. Should I be worried?

This does seem worrisome - Bandit could be dehydrated at this point. The blood in the vomit could be a sign that there is damage to the stomach lining from a foreign object or from a disease like pancreatitis. I’d recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian tonight. They will probably recommend checking blood work and x-rays to start.
