Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 7 years and 3 months old | 9 lbs
Long story short is my cat has severe itching on her face. I've taken her to the vet multiple times and we are working on the severe itching part and shes wearing a cone but she's still managing to scratch her face on things. Now there is a big hard knot by her eye and I think it's from the scratching but I'm not entirely sure but should I be concerned? It's not open or anything. Hopefully it doesn't open. It's just big and hard. Can that be caused by rubbing things on her face?

I'm sorry but the photo is too grainy and blurry for us to see anything. That being said, I would be worried about the bump and I think she should go back to the vet for a follow-up. It could be a tumor or an abscess or a cyst. I don't know. I doubt it is from an injury though. She may be scratching at the face/ear because of an ear issue or because of this mass that was growing. Did your vet look inside the ear canal with an otoscope? If not, I suggest that be done.
