My dog has a white bulge on her nose. Should I see the vet sooner?

Hi! So we already have a vet visit scheduled for next Thursday 9/30. Just want to make sure it is nothing too serious and we need to try and get in before then. What is the white bulge on her nose. We are hoping it is just acne or an ingrown hair. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | spayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 25 lbs

Based on the picture, I don't think it is serious and needs to be seen as an emergency. It could just be a small mass or skin tag. Make sure it isn't a tick, I can't really tell from the picture. If you notice any significant changes then call your vet and see if she can be seen sooner.
